By issuing a decree, Masoud Bizikian appointed Gholamreza Jalali Farahani to the position of special assistant to the president for non-operational defense affairs of the country.

The text of the president's order is as follows:

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Merciful
Dear Mr. Gholamreza Jalali Farahani
Honorable Chairman of the Non-Active Defense Organization of the country
Based on paragraph (1) of article (21) of the statute of the non-operational defense organization of the country notified dated 01.05.1403 of the Supreme Commander of the Supreme Army (Madazleh Al-Ali) and in consideration of the level of competence and valuable experience of His Highness, according to this decree, he was assigned to the position of "Special Assistant  You will be appointed as the president in the country's non-operational defense affairs.

He expects that by relying on the Almighty God and within the framework of the constitution, the goals of the vision document, the general policies approved by the Supreme Leader, the 7th progress program and compliance with the ethical charter of the officials of the 14th government;  While emphasizing the necessity of adopting an active and constructive approach in the field of synergy of executive bodies and taking advantage of the capacity of thinkers and experts to strengthen interactions between them and have a positive effect on government programs in the direction of consolidating, expanding and culturalizing passive defense in the country, take action with my coordination.
