The Supreme Court of the country acquitted "Aparat" CEO "Mohammed Javad Shakuri-Moghadam" from the charge of copyright infringement in the case of Sedavasima's complaint. In this case, Aparat was sued due to the publication of radio and television content and violation of the intellectual property rights of this organization. Previously, the primary and appeal courts had condemned Shakuri Moghaddam.

The ruling of the Supreme Court of the country states about the decision of the lower court: "The plaintiff company's activity is host-oriented, and users upload content from the host environment in compliance with the rules of the site, and the user is responsible for it according to the current regulations."

This ruling states that the host is responsible if he delays and fails to implement the orders of the working group to determine criminal cases or the judicial authority.
