The responsibility for conducting talks and negotiations on the nuclear issue is the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as in the past. This is done under the direction of the Minister by the International Political and Legal Deputies.
Determining the negotiation strategy and coordination between the relevant agencies is still with the Supreme National Security Council.
