As long as the Islamic Republic's secret negotiator—who in all periods has often been a single individual in terms of both legal and even natural personality—held full authority from the top of the power pyramid, matters were reviewed by experts, and after an initial understanding, they would later be brought into the political arena.

Now, it seems this "single legal personality" has fragmented, and even the role of the Deputy Minister and the Head of the Foreign Intelligence and Movements Organization of the Ministry of Intelligence (whoever that may be; the reference is to their legal personality and position) appears to have been sidelined.

The Islamic Republic and the opposing parties have effectively shifted the atmosphere toward media confrontation and political consultations.

Are you really managing this situation at a higher level and within the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC)? Are the authorities of the system aware of the situation? And are they—and are you—aware that mere political negotiation is not useful?
