پس از اینکه رییس دادسرا و یا دادیار ارجاع آن را به بازپرس ارجاع میکند، ثبت دفتر کل شده و بدیهی است در ارجاع سال جدید با بایگانی سال جدید، ثبت دفتر کل و سپس دفتر بازپرسی میشود. 📌مشتکی عنه با مراجعه به دفتر بازپرسی و همچنین ملاحظه روند پرونده در سامانه عدل ایران میتواند سوابق گزارش/ شکایت واصله را ملاحظه کند.

 After the head of the prosecutor's office or the assistant prosecutor refers the referral to the investigator, the general ledger is registered, and it is obvious that in the new year's referral with the filing of the new year, the general ledger is registered and then the prosecutor's office is investigated.
