Events such as the 2022 sedition caused the Western side to stop the talks and prevent an agreement from being reached, but a look at the dangerous commitments of the Araghchi team in the Vienna talks shows the extent to which Rouhani's alleged non-signing of the agreement was the right decision and saved Iran from being dragged into the dangerous negotiations.
