Abdi Media has obtained new documents indicating that the First Chamber of the Supreme Court, chaired by Seyyed Mohammad Reza Mortazavi Moghadam, has accepted the request for retrial of Mahdi Jamali, former CEO of Saipa Company. This decision was based on arguments that, apparently, the Economic Court under the presidency of Masoudi Moghaddam had either deliberately or inadvertently overlooked.

Previously, the acceptance of retrial for Ali Divandari, former CEO of Parsian and Mellat Banks, and his subsequent acquittal, as well as other cases in the Supreme Court, were examples of superficial and unsupported judicial handling. These cases led to nothing but tarnishing the reputation and removing effective managers.

Accordingly, Mahdi Jamali's retrial has been referred to a parallel chamber for review, and detailed information about the court proceedings and outcomes is not yet available.

The reason behind the dismissal of the former head of the Economic Judiciary Complex, along with famous investigators and prosecutors, who were more focused on performing Hollywood-style shows rather than judicial proceedings, and the changes in the Economic Crime Prosecutor's Office by Mohseni Ejei, alongside the exemplary reforms of Ibrahim Raisi in the judiciary, becomes more meaningful.
