Addressing the security and judicial dimensions of Shahid Rajaee Port in Tehran or Bandar Abbas?

Earlier this year, Ayatollah Khamenei expressed #علنی concern about domestic harassment by announcing that there would be no foreign war between the Islamic Republic and the country or other countries.

The Supreme Leader's remarks were based on solid and well-reasoned reports that had reached him.

Now that the issue of the Shahid-Rajaee port has come up, although the Ayatollah communicated his orders to the military, police, and security agencies before his public message, and monitored and followed up on the issue from the first hours, in his condolence message, he also subtly asked the intelligence, security, and judicial agencies to investigate the possibility of deliberate.

 The Supreme Leader's order came on a day when sophisticated and severe cyberattacks were carried out on the country's infrastructure network.

Although the judicial case is open and under investigation by the Special Investigator at the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Bandar Abbas after the order of the Prosecutor General, it remains to be seen whether it is deliberate or not. Then, if its intention is supposedly established for the investigator, it must be determined whether it is a domestic or an international factor.

If it is international, the case will be sent to the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Tehran for investigation.

I reiterate that until the opinion of the investigator and the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Bandar Abbas or the Judiciary Spokesperson, any statement is merely speculation, and it is natural that the judicial investigation is confidential at this stage.
