Parliament's explanation regarding the resolution of the lack of jurisdiction of the Administrative Court of Justice: The past and current practice of the Administrative Court of Justice is not to review the resolutions of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution and Cyberspace.
This procedure has always existed since the formation of these two supreme councils
Since the said councils, like the Islamic Council, have a legislative field and their rulings are considered as the law, the Court of Administrative Justice does not consider it within its jurisdiction to enter into the matters and approvals of these two institutions.
In terms of the constitution, this lack of inclusion is also emphasized.
