Abbas Abdi wrote in a note in Etemad newspaper:

How many of the children of officials have you seen who are sports champions?  But there are government managers as long as you want!!  why  Rent and discrimination and elimination of competition in the recognition of scientific and professional competence.

There is no way to reform the country except to remove all the poisons that are called quotas.  In elections, in higher education, in recruitment, etc., giving any privilege to the deprived classes and others should be given before this stage.

Privileges should be for empowering them, for acquiring professional and managerial qualifications, for acquiring knowledge, etc., and not for giving degrees, jobs, and management.  These are all corruption and rent.  The seeds and saplings of this self-inflicted disaster and cancer have been sown by fundamentalist and extremist assemblies in this country.
