Abbas Abdi: Iran's politics has become a gladiator's battlefield

In the positions and words of politicians, people and public interest are either absent or they are a tool to prove themselves and negate others.

The field of politics has become the public field of gladiatorial combat.  This is one of the causes of people's alienation and distance from politics, as if people and their priorities are absent from politics.  Most of the criticisms are irresponsible, even the officials who are supposed to be in charge of reforming things are busy criticizing things to the extent of critics.

The main critics in the parliament are those who define themselves in the first position of power, but still criticize irresponsibly, as if they are not legislators and budget determiners, overseers and oblivious partners.
