Mohammad Mokhber waited for signals and took no specific action on this letter.

Again, on December 18, 2022, Rear Admiral Dr. Asghar Saleh, on behalf of the then Chief of the General Staff, as the commander of the Resistance Economy and National and Transnational Cooperation Headquarters, complained to Mohammad Mokhber.

He explicitly wrote: "The lack of cooperation from the Ministry of Oil is by your order!" And to strengthen the country's defense capability, he requested that, as before, light crude oil be made available to the IRGC.

Three days later, on December 21, 2022, Mohammad Mokhber ordered Owji, the oil minister, to take action!

Mr. President, in addition to reviewing the documents, can also ask Mohammad Mokhber and Rear Admiral Saleh, who are fortunately still alive, about what exactly happened? And what was the issue? And how did Mohammad Mokhber reverse his own managerial opinion and prohibition and order action?

For now, I will not address the correspondence of Major General Pasdar Mostafa Izadi proposing the non-transfer of Iran Khodro to the company to the then President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, which of course exists in the records of the confidential and secret secretariat of the Presidency.
