Contrary to the statements made in person by the head of the appeals branch of the Administrative Court of Justice to Dr. Mohsen Burhani and the deliberate delay in dealing with the references in this branch, the professor was forced to respond to one of my questions in a tweet following the note I wrote earlier. Of course, it is natural that the teacher does not mention a special consultation to achieve this completely predictable result that his fans unfortunately do not want to think about.

I thank God that with the divine confirmations and the consultations of the anonymous and semi-anonymous soldiers of Imam Zaman in the intelligence and protection agencies, the cancellation or suspension of the attorneyship of Ostad Burhani in the prosecutor's office and the disciplinary court of the Bar Association of Justice Center, the subject of apparent, partial and expedient pursuit of the judiciary of the entire Tehran province and The legal deputy and the affairs of the parliament of the judiciary had already been resolved.

Also, a special consultation in the Court of Appeals for Clergy and the reference of the Attorney General for Clergy and his deputy for judicial time also resulted in their favor, and no verdict was executed by the prosecutor or the assistant prosecutor of this court.

Regardless of the fact that, unlike many clerical defendants who are not clothed, including Dr. Mahmoud Sadeghi, who was not one of them, Ostad Burhani was prosecuted in the prosecutor's office and the special court for the clergy instead of the prosecutor's office and the revolutionary court. so that the way of applying special opinion and discount is smoother because of the closed space of that courthouse.

In addition, I am happy that the professor, unlike many others, did not pay any tangible costs for his frank criticism of the system, which he expressed in the guise of guiding public opinion in the Mahsa and hijab and chastity movements, and which Dr. Masoud Mezikian pointed out in a tweet.

Other questions remain, including the claim of Professor Burhani Aziz's complaint against Sardar Ahmad Vahidi, Minister of Interior and Deputy Commander-in-Chief in Faraja for the approvals and announcements of hijab and chastity, to inform the origin of the complaint and the result of the complaint.
