Sabz Alipour: There is no need for the governments to accept the policy of the previous government.

Doctors should change some policies of the previous government to improve the situation.
If the chief ministers are in the doctors' cabinet, they must advance the policies of the new government.
The performance of people in the new government must be different from the previous government.
