(Born on March 5, 1911 in Taleghan - Died on September 10, 1979 in Tehran) was an Iranian Shia cleric, Qur'an commentator, religious thinker, political and social activist, member of the Second National Front and one of the founders of Iran's freedom movement.

Also, he was loved by all groups and parties, so that the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran called him Taleghani's father. After his death, Khomeini called him Abuzar Zamane.

Taleghani was the head of the Revolutionary Council.

The tomb of Valiullah Fallahi (May 1, 1931 in Taleghan city - September 29, 1981 near Ray city), was a Brigadier General of the Army Ground Forces.

After the victory of the 1979 Iranian revolution, he was appointed to the position of commander of the ground forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army and was constantly present at the fronts since the beginning of the Iran-Iraq war.
