His notable positions include: Minister of Public Utilities (1338 AH), Minister of Education (1339 AH), Minister of Health (1327 SH), representative in the 4th and 5th terms (from Mashhad), 7th term (from Dergez), and the 8th and 9th terms (from Shahroud) in the National Assembly, and appointed Senator in the first three terms of the Senate.
