And I still have the same opinion and explained my reasons in the article I published last week on the Zeitoun website, but from the very beginning I emphasized two points. First of all, I wish the analysis of friends who believe in participation and are sincere in this belief to be correct, and secondly, I consider it useful that Pezeshkian is elected and at least the evil of Jalili and the flow of stability and Misbahi will be reduced. Although they have been and are and will be. Therefore, I have told many times to my friends who insisted on including me in this game that if I found it useful and wanted to participate, I would definitely vote for Pezeshkian. Now that the process has progressed according to the opinion of the participants and openers, I am happy and hope that the analysis of friends is correct.

In their announcements and supporting statements, the friends emphasized that Mr. Khamenei understood the deterioration of the situation and therefore wants a different president in office to prevent further deterioration. I have not believed in such a belief. Despite all this, I had made an appointment that until the last moment, if I saw signs of Khamenei's position changing, I would hope and participate in the voting and vote. But so far I have not seen such a sign. Now that the candidate supported by a wide range of reformers has won, while expressing happiness and joy to the doctors and his supporters, I must say that it is still too early to judge, at least one year is needed for Pezeshkian's record to be clarified. And it is practically possible to provide evaluation and judgment. It will probably soon become clear with what point of view and for what purpose Khamenei's think tank and Beitash have allowed the entry of doctors as exclusive candidates of the reformists. Regardless of the circumstances and reasons for such an unexpected action, other doctors and passionate supporters cannot say that they did not let the promises be fulfilled. Because about twenty-seven years of experience has been the opposite.

Unfortunately, I do not have a positive prediction of Pezeshkian's career in the next year. But I don't want to weave negativity and read a so-called despairing verse. After the publication of the article "The Presidency in the Absence of the people's President?" A person had commented: "Mr. Ashkouri, please let us stop Jalili with our vote and then we will talk about it with each other." Don't empty people's hearts." I, who am not a person of the macabre, and I was not inclined to get into an often pointless argument with the opposing people, remained silent. There are a lot of words in this matter, but what is the use of saying them except for repetition and often adding to differences and sometimes fruitless resentment of good and benevolent friends? Now that the bitter experiences of the past have been repeated, I can only wish success and say: Friends! This sphere and this field! To be blind who can not see!

In any case, I respect the two currents that each of them honestly participated and did not participate based on their diagnosis and analysis, and, as I have already emphasized in the mentioned article, my non-participation is during the previous participation. And at least there is no substantive conflict in the destination. At this point, the difference of opinion is that these old friends and colleagues have come to the conclusion to test the subject once more, and I and others like me think that testing the subject is a mistake and the strategy should be changed. In other words, voting or not voting is a personal right of individuals and cannot be taken away.
