The result of a wrong policy

In the past few days and before the start of the second and last court session of Ms. Elahe Mohammadi and Nilofar Hamedi, one of the colleagues of the journalist, the hashtag of their names became very widespread (trend) in the virtual space and Twitter.
And by the way, unlike some similar examples, this hashtag had internal roots and the official subversive forces of the government had no effective participation in it.

Following this sensitivity and media coverage, some supporters of the current situation introduced it as a sign of the existence of hidden hands to cover the issue of these two people, and they pulled the feet of strangers without any logic.

On this note, I try to explain that this coverage and becoming a media stream is not caused by the hands behind the curtain, but on the contrary, it is the product of the official way of dealing with the case of these two journalists, two journalists who happen to be women. And this, more than anything else, caused this issue to spread in the media space. As we know, other male colleagues participated and were present during the reporting of Mehsa's story.

To prove this claim, let's assume that the case of these two colleagues was formed in a natural and legal process. As they were summoned in the beginning and went to the prosecutor's office and returned and waited for another summons to go to the prosecutor's office. But later on, they were in the middle of going to the prosecutor's office when they were arrested, when there was no need for this.

Let's assume that the arrest was also legal, well, why didn't they complete the case within two or three weeks or at most one month and submit it to the court judge? Everyone knows that the interrogation of these two people was over at the beginning and they should have been released on bail.

Naturally, their court was formed quickly and any sentence was issued even if it was a conviction. Probably in continuation and during the amnesty; Either they were subject to it, or in the worst case, a sentence of conviction was issued, and even in appeal, it was confirmed and implemented.

If this process had happened, such sensitivity of domestic and global public opinion and journalists would have been limited to the first few weeks and the story would have taken a different path. As other journalists were in a similar situation and today there is no discussion or news about them.

When the announcement of two intelligence agencies came out, the judicial process of these two journalists was affected by the proof of the claims of that announcement. Because it was pointless to treat these two people in the same way as others after that announcement. Therefore, it took more than 7 or 8 months to form the court.

The status of lawyers' case reading was also objected to. Then, in the first session, the lawyers couldn't speak, and the time between the first and second court was too long. All this indicates that there are events beyond the normal and legal path. Now, whatever ruling they give, will be interpreted under this process.

So why do you want to blame others for the issue that you have turned into a big media trend? If you are not interested in the spread of such things, then why did you highlight and spread it in this way with your actions? Please review the announcement of the two institutions. Why should you say a poem that is stuck in its rhyme? What is this idea that some people have and want to do any behavior, while others do not show any reaction?

This situation is the product of the policy that was implemented during this case. Even now, whatever verdict is given, it will not have any effect on the people's perception of what happened in the protests of 1401, and it will not make anyone believe in the existence of a conspiracy. The fact that two people with open and transparent activities are accused shows that the story is different from the official narratives.

The fish is fresh whenever you take it out of the water. Now and with the end of their trial, they should act according to the law and be released quickly, no matter what sentence is given, if they are placed in the normal process of trial and appeal, the matter will end well. Only these two people spent about a year. They spent their youth in conditions that they should not have been there.
