As of December 22, 2024, all members of the board of directors and inspectors who accept their positions and sign the minutes of the relevant meeting, are obliged to confirm the acceptance of their position in the Kateb system at the address: www.kateb.ir after registering the minutes of the meeting in the Companies Registration System.
Obviously, if the position is not approved in the Kateb system, the minutes of the relevant meeting will not be approved by the Companies Registration Office and will not lead to the issuance of an advertisement.
