The deputy prosecutor of the Special Clerical Court has sent a summons and stated that "the consequence of failure to appear is arrest." Then, instead of summoning the individual as the "accused," they have summoned them as the "complainant" to defend against the accusation!

What's even more intriguing is that it says to appear at the appointed time as the complainant!

It’s unclear whether you should appear yourself or have someone else appear in your place.

Furthermore, the summons mentions that before appearing, you can designate your lawyer at the office of the Special Clerical Court! Is this correct, or does it mean you must choose or introduce a lawyer from among those approved by this court?

The publisher of this summons has also noted that the person is free on bail until the accusation is addressed, and presumably, all these errors in the summons are accidental.

I wish judges and offices would be more careful in drafting documents, correspondences, and rulings, especially those that are publicly visible and subject to general scrutiny.
