I posed a question and initially directed my inquiries to Mr. Raeisian without addressing you. The rest is up to you: whether to provide documented responses or not. If the judiciary or any of its officials are lying, at least make a public statement about it, or publicly address the process you explicitly referred to as murder, regardless of the outcome of the complaint.
Additionally, I am not a lawyer representing the grieving family who lost a young member, so I have no intention of filing a disciplinary complaint against you or your esteemed colleague.
