In an open letter addressed to Mohseni Ejei, the head of the National Union of Iranian Bar Associations, Jafar Kosha, the head of the Iranian Bar Association, criticized his recent remarks in which he announced the readiness of the Judiciary to obtain the opinion of the Judiciary Bar Center before issuing directives and instructions, and emphasized: "Benefiting from the knowledge and experiences of the Bar Association will definitely improve the quality of decision-making and improve the efficiency of the judicial system Will.

Part of the letter reads: "Discriminating between the Judiciary Bar Center and the Bar Association, and giving preference to the Bar Center over the Bar Association, is an action that is unacceptable from the point of view of the principles of justice, fairness, and logic, and deserves consideration." Especially in a situation where the Judiciary Bar Center does not have as much experience in providing legal and judicial services as the Bar Association. Your Excellency, as the Chief Justice and the protector of rights and justice, is expected that if you do not consider the scientific ability of the Bar Association to be preferable to the parallel institution of the Bar Center, at least do not consider it less than that. This discrimination is not only not in the interest of the judiciary, but also undermines public trust.

In another part of the letter, it is stated: "The National Union of Iranian Bar Associations, as an institution derived from the will of the Bar Associations, has always declared its readiness to express scientific and legal views on various legal and judicial issues and has repeatedly asked Your Excellency for an appointment to present suggestions and views, but unfortunately, we have not been able to meet with you so far." This is while we are witnessing your presence in the conferences and meetings of the Judiciary Bar Center.

As the head of the judiciary, you are expected to see both institutions in charge of practicing law in the country with the same eyes and not to differentiate between them and to behave like a just father in this regard, although the explanation of the scientific dignity of the Bar Association is beyond proving it, and today the scientific community and the elders of law and advocacy also confirm this.
