In order to solve nursing problems, we must have an infrastructural and basic solution, otherwise these issues may temporarily solve our problems, but in the long run, it will cause nurses to leave their service.
Our nurses choose between different places where they can work, and today the young people are looking at which places they will be better satisfied with their jobs, and the issue of living conditions has become very important.
Last year, the Ministry of Health announced 1,800 departures from official jobs, some of whom are nurses who are emigrating, and some of whom prefer not to work and stay at home.
