The presence of Afghan medical staff in Iran, if we do not make a distinction between doctors and nurses, is more of a joke and such a thing does not exist in reality as it is stated.
In general, the Iranian workforce serving in the country is very inexpensive. Our fellow Iranians are working at low prices. Also, Afghan people can easily migrate to European countries or America; they can go to these countries much more easily than we can.
