Filing a judicial case to deal with unauthorized medical interventions and dealing with violators legally

The Deputy Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Tehran and the head of the 26th District Prosecutor's Office have sent a letter to the Ministry of Health and other competent authorities, calling for legal and decisive action against those who are not qualified in the field of medicine.

According to the letter, unauthorized interventions in medical affairs, which have led to irreparable harm to patients, are considered as a prosecutable crime under Article 28 of the Islamic Penal Code, and the necessary judicial measures have been initiated in this regard.
