Majors with a two-year service commitment, including doctors and paramedics, cannot be sent abroad, unless they meet special conditions.
Dispatch is possible at personal expense only if the country needs education and with the approval of the university and the vice chancellor for education.
If the graduates of the human resources plan have not yet started the project, they are not allowed to be deployed.
In order to issue a deployment permit, it is necessary to provide financial commitment documents, a collateral document, or a bank guarantee according to the prescribed instructions.
At most two years after the submission of the guarantee, studies abroad must begin, otherwise the guarantee will be canceled.
