In this letter, the Alawites asked Zafarghandi for six

In a letter to the Minister of Health, Seyyed Moayed Alavian, the former deputy minister of health, called for clarification of various aspects of the case of the death of dialysis patients due to the use of poisoned drugs, and wrote: "Since past experiences have shown that covert attitudes and lack of transparency can lead to public mistrust and further damage, it is necessary to address this issue with full transparency, responsibility, and seriousness."
In this letter, the Alawites made six requests to Zafarghandi:
Accountability of the relevant authorities (the then minister and the current head of the Food and Drug Administration)
Determining the exact number of deaths and their reasons
Compensation and blood money to bereaved families
Supply and Quality Assurance of Dialysis Drugs and Drug Supply Chain Reforms
Investigating and dealing with possible violations
Accurate and continuous information to the community and medical staff
