Fazlollah Zahedi (May 18, 1892 – September 2, 1963) was a high-ranking military officer and army general of the Imperial Iranian Army and an Iranian politician who was appointed as Prime Minister of Iran in place of Mohammad Mossadegh through the coup d'état of August 19.
