شروین حاجی‌پور با اتهامات «تبلیغ علیه نظام و تحریک مردم به اغتشاش» در مجموع به ۳ سال و ۸ ماه حبس محکوم شد

Additionally, the defendant (Shervin Hajipour) did not explicitly express remorse or regret for his actions during the court session. With full intent and awareness of his actions, he collaborated with anti-regime and counter-revolutionary groups to create music against the regime. Furthermore, the guidance and counsel from experts to correct the defendant's behavior proved ineffective.

Therefore, the court, considering the aforementioned explanations, the documents available in the case file, the reports from the Intelligence Office, and the ineffective defenses presented by the defendant and their lawyers, concluded that there is sufficient evidence of his criminality as per the materials in the case. Citing Articles 500 and 512 of the Islamic Penal Code regarding punitive measures and deterrent penalties approved on 1375/03/02/28, as well as Articles 161, 19, and Section B of Article 18 of the Islamic Penal Code, and Section B of Article 134, and Article 12 of the Law on Reducing the Punishment, the defendant is sentenced to a fifth-degree punishment:

- For propaganda against the regime, he will serve eight months in prison.
- For inciting and provoking public unrest with the intent to disrupt the security of the country, he will serve three years in prison.

Considering that the court does not find the primary punishment provided by the Islamic Penal Code sufficient for the reform of the offender, it further penalizes the defendant based on clauses P, H, and Z of Article 23 of the Islamic Penal Code with:

- A two-year ban on leaving the country.
- Collecting the achievements of the Islamic Revolution in the cultural, scientific, and artistic fields and publishing them in his name on social media.
- Studying and summarizing the book "Women's Rights in Islam" by Martyr Motahhari and "Women in the Mirror of Beauty and Glory" by Ayatollah Javad Amoli, totaling thirty handwritten pages each for inclusion in the file and submission to the execution unit for publication via social media.
- Creating music about America's crimes against humanity and compiling violations of human rights by the U.S. government over the past century for publication on social media.
