The charge in the first case of Mehdi Yarahi: "producing, sending, distributing and publishing obscene and vulgar works through computer and telecommunication systems" and "encouraging people to commit corruption and prostitution" is mentioned. . And this appointment, which is the most severe appointment, has not been discounted so far.

The charge in the second case is "propaganda against the regime" for which a warrant of 1 billion has been issued, but considering the order of temporary arrest in the first case, it is practically not possible to be released from prison in case of warrant and deposit, but maybe the cases in merge with each other.

Since a number of information channels and individuals announced the start of Mehdi Yarahi's trial, which I stated earlier in a separate note was not correct and was probably caused by a mistake in the difference between the supplementary investigations in the "Dadiari" of the Prosecutor's Office and the trial in the "Court". I have to say that no case has been sent to the head of the courts, and no court has been appointed or organized for Mehdi Yarahi against al-Qaeda.

Mehdi Yerahi was only subjected to a "supplementary" judicial investigation in the prosecutor's office, and so far, the investigation has not been completed and the prosecutor's office has not issued a final decision regarding the accusations against him that were previously published in Abdi Media.
