The case that is being investigated is part of the case of the Prosecutor's Office for which an indictment has been issued, and another case from the Debesh Group is being investigated at the Prosecutor's Office. In this case, 61 defendants have been indicted, and the court has heard the defense of all the defendants and their attorneys.
Also, out of about thirty-seven defendants, the last defense has been heard, and the next sessions will continue according to the decision that will be announced by the judicial panel of the court."
By the end of the year, we will issue the court's decision, which is a final decision."
