‍ Mr. Borbor, the head of the Alavi Foundation, gave a report on the status of the foundation;  The endowments of former and former kings are Reza Shah and Mohammad Reza Shah.  At the beginning of the revolution, it was confiscated, and during the time of Mr. Rafiqdoost [then head of the Mustafafan Foundation], by the court ruling, its endowment was removed due to the usurpation of the property of the kings, and it came under the authority of the legal guardian without the supervision of endowments and was divided, and every part was left at the disposal of the relevant department of the Mustafafan Foundation.

Mr. [Habibullah] Borbur, the head of Alavi Foundation, came.  gave a report on the condition of the foundation;  The endowments of former and former kings are Reza Shah and Mohammad Reza Shah.  At the beginning of the revolution, it was confiscated, and during the time of Mr. [Mohsen] Rafiqdoost [then head of the Mustafafan Foundation], by the court ruling, its endowment was removed due to the usurpation of the property of the kings, and it came under the control of the legal guardian and without supervision [of the endowment [organization].  He consulted about the way to pursue many big competitors whose documents are still in the name of Alavi Foundation.  He also consulted about the number of people loyal to the revolution that he has registered.  

Mr. [Bijan] Shahbazkhani, the representative of Malairamad.  He complained about Mr. [Ahmed] Khorram, the Minister of Roads [and Transportation], that he changed the plan of the railway in the west of the country, which was approved from Arak to the border, from Tehran to the border, and he said that he agrees with my opinion.  I said that the approved plan should be implemented instead, this new plan should be discussed.  During the war, the ground forces of the army had studied the western railway plan with my permission.

Mr. [Mohammed] Bagherian, [Mohammed] Shariatmadari, [Mohammed] Saidikia, [Kazim] Mirold and [Mohammed Javad] Irvani, [members of the expert commission related to the case of Petropars Company] came.  They explained about the Petropars issue and the mistake they made.  I suggested a correction.  Their explanations are not convincing.

In the evening, I went to the opening of the 10th Qur'an exhibition at the intellectual development center for children and adolescents.  I visited different departments.  I had a short interview with the radio station.  At the ceremony, after listening to the report of Mr. [Ahmad] Masjid Jamehi, [Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance] and [Ali Asghar] Ramzanpour, [Deputy Minister and Head of the Quran Exhibition], I gave a speech about the importance of the exhibition and the need to make more efforts to familiarize people with the Quran.   Altogether, good attention has been paid to the Quran. Children and youth, men and women, and various groups and groups from Islamic countries have participated.
