At first, I wanted to call the Prime Minister, they said that he left the house and went to an unknown place and no one knows about him. I asked Mr. [Hamid] Mirzadeh, Executive Deputy [Prime Minister]. He also declared ignorance. I talked with Mr. Ahmad Agha and Mr. Khamenei and Mr. Mousavi Ardabili to somehow prevent the publication of the news, but the news came that the Islamic Republic newspaper published the resignation in bold letters.

Little by little, we were getting closer to the time of the start of the assembly, because we did not succeed in this way, we thought of another solution. It was said that we should bring another prime minister with the same cabinet to the parliament and with Imam's message, ask the representatives to approve the cabinet temporarily, so that the established government is established.

Together with Mr. Ahmad, we went to Mr. Khamenei's office. Mr. Mousavi Ardabili was also there. This proposal and other solutions were discussed. The discussion lasted for some time, the parliament started the session, but after the speeches before the order, it was closed due to lack of agenda. We decided to go to Imam for the final decision.

I went to the parliament before going to Jamaran. I negotiated with several members of the board of directors. They had two opinions: some insisted that the resignation be accepted and a new prime minister come, and some said that the resignation should not be accepted.

At eleven o'clock, we arrived at the Imam's service with Mr. Khamenei, Mr. Mousavi Ardabili, and Mr. Ahmad Agha. After a long discussion, it was decided that the resignation would not be accepted and that the Imam would solve the problem by himself. We stayed at Ahmad Agha's house for lunch.

At four o'clock I went to the parliament with Mr. Khamenei's car. The program commission members came. The first draft of the five-year plan was brought to consult and get the opinion of the heads of the three powers, who have been appointed by the Imam as the final authority for policy making. It has good content and the resignation of the prime minister and its consequences and solutions were discussed. I said we should wait for Imam's action.

Mr. [Hamid] Mirzadeh informed that the prime minister called and said that he is serious about resigning, but he will come to the prime minister's office tomorrow to fulfill his duties until the appointment of a new government. The members of the ceasefire executive staff of the General Staff [General Command] came. They said about the lack of proper management and support problems, etc. Mr. Dr. Rouhani has assumed the responsibility and Mr. Shamkhani has left and with Mr. Rouhani's trip, there has been disorder.

Ahmad Agha informed that the Imam wrote a sharp letter to Engineer Mousavi, which was given to the media. Imam's letter was broadcast at eight o'clock in the evening. It is very harsh and it is unlikely that Mr. Mousavi will be able to remain a strong prime minister with this letter. They have also taken the permission of the government punishments from the prime minister.

I went to the meeting of the Expediency Council. Ahmad Agha had brought the Imam's letter to the assembly that they had taken permission for government punishment from the government and given it to the assembly, and Mr. Mousavi, who had resigned to gain more powers, faced the removal of his powers.
