Mr. [Hamid] Mirzadeh came regarding reconstruction affairs and to reject the proposal of Mr. [Alireza] Tabesh, the Governor of Khuzestan, for obtaining reconstruction authorities.

Dr. [Mohammad] Farhadi had come with him to present a report on the medical history seminar and the work accomplished.
Mr. [Mostafa] Pourmohammadi, [Deputy Minister of Intelligence] came. He requested permission for a trip to Spain to follow up on information exchange matters. Mr. [Jalil] Besharati came for deprived regions affairs and Dr. [Hassan] Habibi came for routine matters and the issue of unifying the exchange rate.
In the afternoon, I attended the Cabinet meeting. [Mr. Gholamhossein Karbaschi], the mayor of Tehran, came and gave a report on municipal services, which are very extensive. In the evening, I came home. A lady whose son had been arrested for drug trafficking had come to request assistance.
