The CEO of the Payam factory came. The factory was supposed to be handed over to the IRGC for missile industries. I said that if they are able to run the factory, they should keep it.

In the evening, Mr. [Goders] Iftikhar Jahormi came. He said that during his trip to Russia, the Russian prosecutor asked him to help Iran free Russian prisoners from the hands of Afghans. He claimed that a number of Russian prisoners are kept in Iran. I said that I do not know about such an article; I decided to investigate. His opinion is that it is better to deal with America in The Hague and close the cases.
