Mr. Colonel Jamali, the successor of Mr. Colonel Hosni Saadi, informed that Iraq has retreated in a part of the 270 Mehran height where we were supposed to attack, and our forces have found out in the end. They attacked the last group and captured 12 people. He wanted to strengthen the propaganda to revive the spirit of the warriors. I came to the parliament. It was not an important issue in the reports.

I told Mr. [Masih] Mohajeri to write a series of articles in the Islamic Republic newspaper regarding the recent decision of France and NATO members regarding the fight against terrorism and to tell about their role in promoting terrorism.

I asked the oil minister for an explanation about the situation of oil pumping and sales. I talked with Mr. Ardabili about the judges of the Revolutionary Court. The employees of the Majlis phone booth came and complained about the separation of the phone booth from telex.

The news circles have magnified the issue of stopping the industrial centers by Iraq and us. The commander of the naval force asked permission about the policy of limited maritime blockade of Kuwait in order to prevent weapons from reaching Iraq through Kuwait.

In the evening, we participated in the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution. It was approved to allow the Supreme Assembly of the Islamic Revolution of Iraq to establish a university for Iraqis. Also, we provided facilities regarding essay and Farsi scores of Iraqi students in schools. The rules of non-governmental and non-profit universities were discussed. I went home at night.

Iraq attacked Khark Island and hit two loading arms of the T pier and lost several planes.
