The plan for the permanent transfer of temporary cultivation lands was approved by more than two-thirds of the representatives, but in the afternoon, Mr. Ansari announced that the Guardian Council had sent a message to the Imam asking for permission to reject it.
Mr. [Ali Asghar] Hijazi came. He talked about his negotiations with Mr. Montazeri and asked for help to solve the problem. Dr. Rouhani came. They talked about war and purchases. Mahdinejad came and discussed the exchange table of American hostages in Lebanon with our needs. Dr. Nourbakhsh [Chairman of the Central Bank] came and told about the problems of the currency crisis.
I spoke for the education officials who came to the parliament. In the evening, I participated in the gathering of Basij commanders in the barracks of Imam Ali (a.s.) and gave a speech. I arrived home at night.
