Mr. [Ali] Falahian, [Information Minister] came. Havashi mentioned after the assassination of [Shapour] Bakhtiar and explained Mr. [Feridon] Boyerahmadi's approach to Iran and the reasons for the arrest of Mr. Asadi and Mrs. Jahanbani and the possibilities. I warned about the control of the officers of the Ministry of Information.

Mr. [Abulfazl] Tawakli Bina, [president's advisor on trade union affairs] came. He had questions about the affairs of guilds and Zorabad Karaj region. Mr. [Hadi] Nejad Hosseinian, [Minister of Heavy Industries] came. It was proposed to float the currency of production and passenger cars and to limit imports similar to domestic products and to give privileges to domestic products. Also, regarding the payment of the debts of the industries under the Organization of Development [and Modernization of Iran's Industries], he appealed for the reform of the structure and the offering of shares in the stock exchange; They owe about sixty billion tomans.

In the evening Mr. [Bijan Namdar] Zanganeh, [Minister of Energy] came. He asked for the construction of dams and told about the problem of fuel for power plants. I attended the meeting of the government. The regulations for the use of government cars and the exchange of gifts and support for the literacy movement were mandated.

I was the guest of the leadership. We discussed about IRGC Quds Force, [appointment of] Minister of Cooperation, Palestine support seminar, Yugoslavian and Soviet situation, press, Hajj organization, raising the level of the army and IRGC credits.
