The agenda of the public session was the bill on the revival and transfer of cultivated lands, "Land Reform." The definitions and terminology were approved. Two questions were also addressed. At noon, the Friday Prayer Imam of Qorveh came and spoke about the disagreement between the governor-general and the Imam's representative in the west [of the country], and about the need to establish a religious seminary for Shiites; it was decided that I would help.

In the afternoon, I attended the meeting of the members of the Islamic Republic Party in Parliament. It was decided to form several sectors and one center for the party's parliamentary members. The list of about seventy people who had applied for membership was reviewed; most were approved, and a few were marked with question marks, with the decision that they would be investigated. After the Maghrib prayer, Mr. Khosrow Tehrani and Mr. Imani came, and we discussed some officials who were suspected of having connections and cooperation with foreigners, and they asked about the pursuit of the Tudeh Party, to which I conveyed the opinion reached in last night's meeting.

Haj Mohsen Rafiqdoost also came. He had matters to discuss regarding the military industries. The Revolutionary Guard has a plan for involvement in the military industries; he also had comments about the Cabinet.

At the office of the President, we held a meeting with the supervisory council, the managing director of the national radio and television organization, and the heads of the three branches of government. The disagreement between Islamic and non-Islamic artists, and the dispute between the supervisory council and the managing director over the management of Channel Two, were raised and discussed. Late at night, I went to Parliament.
