I was at home and spent most of my time studying. Before noon, the [radio] supervisory council had a meeting. In this meeting, the radio and television organizations and the military issue of the graduates of the radio and television faculty were discussed. In the afternoon, Tayyaba's sister and relatives were guests. Akhvi Mohammad reported that Hajiya Waldeh fell down in Behrman Noug Rafsanjan, but she is fine.
In the evening, Mr. Ashtiani, Imam's representative in Gendarmerie, came and told about the backlog of the soldiers' special war pay and asked for help to coordinate propaganda in Kurdistan. Mr. Maadikhah came and asked for help to study the case of Taghut leaders and to complete the work of compiling the history of the revolution. Mr. Rafiq Dost and Ahmad Vahid came and gave a report on the purchase of weapons from China, as well as the preparations for the future operations.
A letter also came from Mr. [Mohsen] Rezaei, which somehow informs about the delay of the operation and probably not carrying it out; I was upset. The top commanders of the IRGC, [Gholamali] Rashid and Rahim [Safawi] do not agree. Mr. Tarabi [the head of the Imam's advisory office in the army] said on the phone that the new Chinese group that came to sign the contract for the sale of arms claims that they have a mission to finish the job.
