Before going to the parliament, I wrote the delayed memories. I did not see anything important in the reports. In the public session of the parliament, several orders were made. At noon, I had a meeting with [Mr. Barik Bin] Imam Juma of Qazvin and a group of officials of this city. Western representatives also came and complain to the governor.

I worked in my office in the evening and did not participate in the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution due to fatigue. I spoke with Dr. Velayati [Foreign Affairs Minister] about the preparations for the trip to Libya. It turned out that Mr. [Muammar] Gaddafi [Libyan leader] plans to travel abroad on the date we have set. They decided to coordinate and we also found out that we will not travel during the month of Ramadan. I came home at night.
