Messrs. Mohsen Reza'i and Mohammadzadeh came with a proposal to preserve the morale of the Revolutionary Guards (Sepah-e Pasdaran) along the line of the Imam and Velayat-e Faqih [Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist], and a decision was made to implement it in the statute.
