In the evening, we had a telephone conversation with [Mr. Helmut Kohl], the Chancellor of Germany. I thanked for helping to solve the problem of arrears and asked NATO to be more active in the Bosnia issue. He wanted Dr. Velayati, [Foreign Affairs Minister], to go to Germany for negotiations.
