A full report and discussion of the desired projects or agreements for cooperation in the fields of power plants and dams, factories, railways, mines, commerce, exchange of experiences, shipping, transit and gas sales were made. The volume of projects is about seven billion dollars. Hungary and Bulgaria were also discussed; It was a useful meeting.

After prayer, lunch and rest, I made several meetings. [Brigadier General Hosni Saadi] the command of Nazaja [= army ground force] came for the affairs of the army and to allow the transfer of part of the forces from the line to the barracks; We decided to check. Our ambassador came to Hungary; From there he gave information and told about their cooperation.

At night, the heads of the three powers had a meeting in Ayatollah Khamenei's office. We coordinated our views on amending the constitution and negotiated about Imam's surgery [due to gastrointestinal bleeding], which is scheduled to be performed tomorrow. Necessary forecasts were discussed and decided in any case. I went to my office late and slept with sadness and worry; I was awake for a while.
