According to Dr. Fazel, I said that the risk is one in a thousand. We negotiated about the problem of the rest of the remaining cases of land reforms that are in the order of the council to determine expediency.

I went to my office. Mr. [Javad] Aje, [Cultural Advisor to the President and representative of the leadership in the affairs of students abroad] came and asked for help for the expenses of the students abroad and for the supported families in Isfahan.

I went to the heart hospital to attend Mr. Khamenei's surgery. I negotiated with him for an hour about the affairs of the country. They were in a good mood. They were completely normal. We prayed Maghrib and Isha with his imam and went to the operating room together. I was the supervisor of anesthesia, cutting and performing surgery and suturing, and then the contents of the gallbladder.

Dr. [Iraj] Fazel worked well with the surgical team; Fast, quiet and safe. There was no bleeding due to the use of an electric razor. The contents of the gallbladder were black and had large stones.

Ahmad Agha and Mohammadi Golpaygani came. After the operation, I waited a little and consoled his family and came home. They had not yet regained consciousness. I told the doctors to immediately notify the operation. We had a ready dinner. Chastity is satisfied with Yasser Razi's condition.
