I arrived at the parliament at half past nine in the morning. I did the rest. Mr. Mahmoudi came and said that a person who cheated in an arms deal in the past - early in the war - and is the subject of Iran's complaint, is ready to pay Iran's right to use the future deals. I told him to send someone to negotiate with the Ministry of Defense. Mr. [Ali Asghar] Mortezaifar [Lanjan representative] came and asked to accompany us on the trip to Russia. Mr. [Sadiq] Khalkhali [Chairman of the Parliament's Foreign Affairs Commission] came and made the same request.
At 3:30 in the afternoon, we had a meeting of the Chairmanship of the [Constitutional] Revision Council. A decision was made on the notification program. There was a general meeting of the Council from 4:30 to 7:00 PM. I talked with the Prime Minister and Dr. Habibi. After the prayer, the fourth commission, of which I am the head, had a meeting in my office. The number of parliamentarians and the concentration of broadcasting management were discussed. They were also the managing director of Sada Vasima and the deputy minister of interior. We negotiated with Mohammad's brother about how to broadcast last night's interview. I reached home at quarter past ten at night.
