Dr. [Mohammed Karim] Shahrazad, representative of Isfahan, came. Mr. [Gholamreza] Heydari, the representative of Tafarsh and the president of Amirkabir University, came and explained about Tafarsh University. It is a good plan and it is progressing well. Mr. [Ali Mohammad] Gharibani and Mr. [Asghar] Nowrozi, the representatives of Ardabil and Damavand, came to the Employment Affairs Commission. They had suggestions for administrative reforms and issues of their constituencies. The members of the program and budget commission came. They explained about the changes made in the 1369 budget; I accepted some.

Mr. [Masoud Roghani] Zanjani [Head of Program and Budget Organization] came. He gave explanations about the implementation of the 1369 budget and the needs of the good implementation of the program and expressed his concern about the lack of construction materials. Mr. [Mohsen] Rafiq Dost came to get credit and permission to import potatoes.

Asr Mohsen came to report on the lack of work of Tehran's Deputy Chief of Staff and the disagreement between Mr. Kamerova [Chief of Deputy Chief of Staff of Tehran Province] and Mr. Mirzadeh [Executive Deputy of the President] and Mirzadeh's flocks due to the reduction of his responsibilities. The Economic Council had a meeting. The price of important goods and the amount of basic goods were negotiated. The progress report of the Arak petrochemical project was given. I came home at half past nine. No one was at home.
