I went to Ayatollah Khamenei's office. We had a meeting with Khamenei, Ahmad Agha and Mousavi Ardabili. The imam had sent a message to consult about the amendment of the constitution and the dismissal of Mr. Montazeri. They had announced that they were going to remove Mr. Montazeri from the post of vice president and had mentioned the possible ways of working:
1- Summoning the experts and announcing their disqualification to the experts in order for the experts to act.
2- Direct notification of disqualification by themselves and several other ways.
The main reason for Imam's disqualification is Mr. Montazeri's recent letters and statements.
After the negotiation, it was decided that for this kind of action, the constitution should be amended in such a way that the problem of leadership and management of the religious authority does not arise. It was recommended that a well-reasoned and decisive letter should be written by the imam to complete his argument and possible correction, and in the letter, the way to continue his service with control, guidance and consultation should be open.
After lunch I went to my office. I took a break and then I did things. I went home. Efat and Mohsen had returned from Hamadan, but they had not seen Ali Sadr's cave. It was closed.
