I arrived at the parliament at half past eight in the morning. I read the reports until ten in the morning. It was not important. The commander of the Kerman Corps came. He gave a report on the situation of the region and the army. Now, more than thirteen battalions of Kerman People's Forces are on the front. There was a discussion about Quds battalions and public procurement.

Mr. [Mustafa] Hashemi [Taba], the former minister of industries, came. He gave explanations about important priority projects and requested for better use of the right of use for long-term projects. Mr. Alizadeh, the prosecutor of the Court of Accounts, came. He gave a report on the state of the court and the need for prosecutors and assistants.

Mr. [Mortaza] Fahim [Kermani] and [Mirghafar] Sajjadi came. They explained about Mr. Sajjadi's statements regarding Mr. Hadi Ghaffari, who is the subject of Mr. Ghaffari's complaint. Mr. [Ali] Razini called and complained about the lack of cooperation of the army commanders with the wartime court. The group of workers came to control the burning oil well in the Persian Gulf. They complained about the removal of their friend from the responsibility of security.

Mr. [Mohammed Ali] Rahmani, the head of Basij, came. He gave the report of his trip to Libya and said that the Libyans would like some of our Basij forces to be in Libya. I talked about the support staff for the war. Mr. [Mohammed Javad] Larijani [Deputy for International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs] came. Reported the trip to the United Nations. He had high-level meetings and it shows that the world is counting on our strength. East and West are trying to be close to us, but they don't want us to become stronger.

We had the iftar with the board of directors and the judicial commission, as the guest of Mr. [Mohammed] Yazdi, the deputy speaker of the parliament.
