The anniversary of the four martyrs of the [assassination of Hasan Ali] Mansour, [Prime Minister] came. Mr. [Habibullah] Asgarovaladi spoke. I also encouraged them. There were many friends and comrades before the victory of the revolution.

The governor of Zanjan came and gave a work report. As if he wanted to make sure that we don't have a replacement plan. The Minister of Roads and Transport came. He gave the report of the railway and the projects in progress and took orders.

[Mr. Habib Johar Hayat], Minister of Communications of Kuwait came. We talked about the situation of Kuwait after the war and their issues with Iraq and the borders with this country, which recently the United Nations gave an opinion in favor of Kuwait, and we talked about marginal issues.

I took a bath in the evening; It was relaxing. The Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution had a meeting. We approved a part of the statute of the Supreme Council of Youth. After the meeting, we talked with [Mr. Ali Akbar Natiq Nouri], Speaker of the Parliament, about the issues of the Parliament and the government. At night, the central council of the fighting clergy had a meeting in my office. The council's duties and responsibilities were discussed and a decision was made. After the meeting, Mr. Dr. [Hasan] Rouhani, [Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council], spoke about the Kuwaiti planes in Iran and Israel's issues. I reached home around twelve o'clock at night.
